The Industrial Estate Management System for Industrial plots/sheds is intended for investors willing to invest in Uttar Pradesh.
The system enables prospective investors to request the allotment of mini and large industrial plots/sheds that fall under the jurisdiction of the Directorate of Industries and Enterprise Promotion, Uttar Pradesh.
To make an allotment request, the investor needs to register on the portal through OTP-based mobile number and email ID verification. After registration on the portal, the investor must furnish the required details, upload the relevant documents in the application form available in their login, and submit the online application fee.
After fee payment, the application will be forwarded to the concerned official of the Directorate for further processing. If the official finds any query in the application form, an online query will be raised, which must be addressed by the investor through their login at the earliest.
Approval will be granted if the application form is found eligible, and the plot/shed allotment letter will be issued to the investor, which can be downloaded from the respective user’s login.
